Mint, linden flowers, St. John’s wort, lemon balm, rose hips, oregano, lavender
(composition may vary slightly depending on seasonal harvest)

🔹 Brewing Instructions

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 250 ml of hot (not boiling) water.
Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.
