SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at brvhoney.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during harvest season or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping from Ukraine via the following carriers:

  • Ukrposhta (Standard International Shipping): * Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days (depending on the destination country). Best for: Cost-effective worldwide delivery.
  • Nova Poshta Global (Expedited Shipping): * Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days. Best for: Faster delivery to Europe and the USA.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues. 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your honey's journey directly on the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

brvhoney.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For small orders of honey, most countries have a "de minimis" threshold, but please check your local regulations.

5. Damages

We take extreme care in packaging our honey jars to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us at brvworld01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
