We travel across Ukraine, meet beekeepers, taste countless harvests and carefully select every batch of honey.
That is how the Brave Honey collection begins.
Every honey has its own character.

That is why we created a collection that allows people to discover Ukraine through its honey.
Our most delicate honey. It also happens to be my daughters' favourite. Smooth, light and elegant, it is usually the first honey we recommend to anyone discovering Ukrainian honey for the first time.
The aroma of a Ukrainian summer. Rich, floral and wonderfully fragrant. For many Ukrainians, this is the taste that brings back childhood memories.
My personal favourite. Dark, bold and full of character. Like great coffee or fine wine, it reveals itself gradually.
Golden, smooth and beautifully balanced. If one honey could capture the spirit of Ukraine's endless sunflower fields, this would be it.
Nature never repeats itself, and neither does this honey. Every harvest is slightly different, making each season unique.

If there is one product that surprises people the most at our festivals, it is our creamed honey.
We see the same story almost every day.
Someone comes to taste one flavour.
Then another.

And very often leaves with several jars because choosing just one becomes impossible.
Creamed honey begins as pure natural honey.
Over two to three weeks it is slowly stirred until it develops its naturally smooth, creamy texture.
We then blend it with freeze-dried berries, fruits or spices that preserve their natural flavour, colour and aroma.
The result is a collection of unique flavours, from fresh summer berries to warm winter favourites.
Another customer favourite is our Honey with Nuts.
We combine natural honey with walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews or peanuts, and in selected recipes we add cranberries or raisins.
Many of our customers keep these jars at the office as a delicious snack between meetings or a natural alternative to sweets with coffee.
